First of all, they say that it's effect is cientifically proven, which is not, but as it hasn't either proven to be useless and they promised a full refund, I decided to try it. Spoiler alert: big mistake. It didn't work for me neither for my girlfriend, so I returned it and THREE months later I still don't have a refund. I've emailed them countless times and they keep saying I'm in a high priority list, but my money is still not on my account. I've contacted them by Twitter and they haven't even asked for my data, they go on with the same discourse as in their emails. I think this company is drowning because for most women their product doesn't work and they don't have the money to make the refunds.If you're thinking about buying a Livia, I just can say DON'T DO IT.Update: I got my refund 2 months after my original review.
