Worst experience with customer service I’ve ever had. It took them literal months to email be back about a broken device, and even after cancelling my subscription I continued to be charged and had to dispute the charges with my bank because I couldn’t reach customer service. This was all back in 2020 and they just sent me a request for this review. Could have been a great decide for pain but the customer service was awful.
Wish I could give 0 stars.Placed my order Feb 10th 2023. Received an email outlining my order. Did not recieve tracking info. Finally showed up March 3rd (nearly a month after ordering! I was supposed to receive two skins, one pink and one red but only got the pink one). I read the instructions and charged the device overnight. When I turned it on, the lights turned on but that was it. It straight up, didn't work. I contacted support and after back and forth emails of me trying to explain that it is faulty they said they would send new cables to see if that would work. I confirmed the address for the replacement to be sent on March 5th. On March 20th I recieved an email stating ' We are currently updating our system but it should be up and running soon. I will process the flower pads as soon as possible.' I was disappointed in this as I thought they would have been sent by then. I followed up on March 26th AND March 31st and simply received the same generic 'updating our system' email.I started a new email complaint on April 13th to try and organise a refund. I have not heard back. I am so completely disappointed by the whole process. I paid AU$230 for the product which is now a glorified paperweight. I have had zero help from the customer care team and I'm at a loss for what to do now. I went with Livia over an Australian alternative because I read such good reviews but I shouldn't have wasted my time or my money. DO NOT BUY LIVIA.
Have had mine for over 2 years and it works as good as it did when I first got it! Highly recommend. **date of experience is not accurate since I have had it longer than 2 years but it would let me put the date further back than 12 months so I had to pick a random date
DO NOT BUY THIS, THEY'LL NEVER REFUND YOU! Just Google Livia complaints, scam or BBB and you'll see countless stories like mine!I returned my device, but Livia continued charging me my monthly rental fee. I emailed regularly for nearly a YEAR, then finally marked the charges fraudulent to my credit card and let them fight with Chase. Shortly thereafter, I noticed the charges started coming from a different name other than Livia, trying to sneak under the radar - truly unbelievable! Since I had proof of correspondence and promises via email that they'd cancel, my credit card honored my request to refund all the charges, but I have no doubt they're still fighting Livia. I would avoid the monthly payment at all costs, they're crooks!
