Services are Mis-Sold

The company do not provide the services they advertise. I booked a dishwasher repair for a leak and when the engineer finally turned up (took 2 different days off work and numerous calls) he quickly identified it as a “plumbing” problem and left. The company will not fix plumbing issues relating to your dishwasher. So over £100 paid for nothing. Don’t bother.

Very happy with the service

Very happy with the service. Although had to wait some days before next appointment was available, turned up on time. Took another week for part to be ordered and then return to complete so overall nearly three weeks without a washing machine so had hoped for someone more local and faster availability but cannot fault their care and attention to resolve. An excellent digital support tool also.

Just spoke to Becky on the phone about my Daewoo fridge freezer not cooling.. Becky was fantastic on the phone, explained the call out and booking process in detail. Answered all my questions and was very polite. Booked the repair in for tomorrow which was very prompt. Hope the repair goes as easy as the booking process. Thanks Becky.
