Excellent service from my first phone call regarding the fault with my dishwasher. Very friendly, informative office staff regarding charges etc. engineer arrived on time and fixed the problem, saving me having to buy parts. Very nice chap who was very thorough and checked everything. Would recommend this company to everyone.
Fast and efficient service. Engineer came and assessed what was needed to get our machine working again. We paid a one off fee to cover the call out and labour. The engineer discussed the problem and cost of the part needed. A few days later the engineer called to say he had the part and fitted it that day. The part was a reasonable price which we paid the engineer. Everything was discussed and agreed in advance. No hidden costs. Very quick and efficient service. Would highly recommend
