Could not fault company. Never heard of NAC, and after looking at reviews , decided to give them a try. Glad i did. Spoke yesterday to a lovely lady who explained costing and that local engineer would contact. This happened and engineer advised ETA and rang this morning with 30 minute arrival time. Fault quickly found and price for repair given prior to starting. lot cheaper than I expected. Would recommend to anyone and would have no problem in using again.

Over promise, and then FAIL to deliver!

The website looks great, sadly, that's all that is great!I filled in all my details, and tried to pre-pay for the engineer to visit, but the payment portal wouldn't accept a high street bank debit card! So, it said I'd get a call before 18.00Hrs the day before the planned visit, which never happened. (I did get an SMS saying someone would arrived between 08.00 and 18.00Hrs!Then, I got a call from the engineer at 07.40Hrs to ask questions (that I'd already answered on the website) about my cooker. Advising me, he would need to speak to the office and get back to me. (Which he never did) Then, at 10.00hrs a call from the office asking why the job had been 'cancelled'. It hasn't, I'm awaiting your engineer to call me backNo, on the system, he's cancelled the job stating he has advised you need a GAS SAFE engineer?Nope, not been told that. Not a problem, we'll get you booked in with a GASE SAFE engineer, but it won't be today!Argh, we don't have a gas safe engineer in your area, best thing you can do is search Google!SERIOUSLY, your a JOKE. You've had the make and model of the gas appliance for 2 weeks since I first booked. Thankfully I couldn't pre-pay owing to your payment portal not accepting a high street bank debit card. Your engineer didn't pre-call as stated, but did call at 07.40am to collect the same information I've already given, and then NOT call me back as planned. Likewise, your office, offers to book me in with another engineer only to them say you haven't got any in my area and referred me back to google! S*** Show doesn't come close. WASTED taking a days leave from work for you to NOT turn up!
