Your response to my enquiry was the clearest,, the most helpful and the quickest I have ever had from such an enquiry for repair of anything. Your systems were clear and unambiguous - pointing out to me without having to ask what the final cost would be. Because the engineer learned that my fridge freezer was an American style and therefore I needed a different engineer to visit , she actually called me that Sunday to let me know of the change in plan even though not working that day. I’m 100% impressed.

Honest Reliable Service

Next day service. Engineer kept me informed of ETA.Arrived on time. Inspected my Fridge/Freezer explained what the problem was and that he was unable to make a repair. Which meant I had to buy a new Fridge/Freezer.
