I called NAC engineer out to repair our microwave door.The engineer came out and said outer frame was loose and need replacement.He had a look at the serial number and said the part was not available and will go back try for the replacement,On the same day office phoned me saying that the part was not available.When asked them refund part of the money as no labour wasInvolved they flatly refused to refund.First of all they give me wrong information that they are locally based which wasn’t true.Otherwise I would not have called them.My advice to seniors not to call this company as they are just a rip off merchants.They have changed me 109.99 just for call out that too for a retired person.For attention of NAC customer service NAC 7911953
Engineer took a superficial look and told me it was the filters on my tumble dryer. Then charged me almost £100 which I had to pay immediately after hooking his phone up to my own WiFi. Then I received an email saying it would be an ADDITIONAL £166 for parts and pressured me to pay online. I just ordered the exact same parts directly from the manufacturers website for £100 less! Furious that they would add a £100 mark up. I imagine quite a few older people have been conned by this company.
