Booking an engineer was straightforward and he turned up when he said he would. The problem with the dishwasher was quickly diagnosed. Unfortunately the repair would cost almost as much a a new appliance (not the engineer’s fault) so decided not to proceed. Would use this service again if needed.

Somewhat helpful but expensive

The company responded quickly to our question about our washing machine. An engineer called to say he was in the area and could call at the end of his day. He advised us that our machine will need replacing and advised us on the make that might suit us best. But that cost £75 which, when he was in the area, and spent 10 mins at our house seemed a bit steep.

My engineer sorted out my cooker control and it is now perfect. He was polite and pleasant, I was very pleased. No parts were needed so I felt I was in trustworthy hands.
