Great service

Everyone at NAC worked hard to get the lights in my over fixed and deal with issues outside their control. The engineer (Charlie) kept me informed about when he would visit and when I had to wait for parts, the next appointment was booked very quickly

Kitchen chimney extractor

The engineer Coby called to degrease the inside of the unit chimney came with no materials to do the job, we provided cloths to do the work his firm provided nothing, strange?

From calling NAC to explain the problem and booking a call, to the engineer arriving, the same day, everything ran smoothly, everyone was friendly and the service was very professional and extremely competitive price wise. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Excellent!

Seriously can't thank you enough for your ability to turn an "oh no, the washers broken, loads of laundry to do, no time to arrange for a new washer to be fitted-HELP!!!" situation, into SUCH a valuable experience.Found you within a quick search. Sally, calm, efficient, patient, handled my query, booked me in for a visit from an engineer tomorrow, TOMORROW???Enter John Cunningham, bright friendly call, arranged visit. Enabled machine to be used until he could secure necessary spare part, and then patiently, and caringly, fitted around my irregular hours, whilst relative is hospitalised. Talk about Gentleman John. Seriously I was so blessed by the whole experience.I have been talking to everybody, even complete strangers on buses, about what a brilliant experience I had. Thank you VERY much. Bless you

Great communication

Great communication, engineer turned up within the time-slot and was polite and professional. Our american style fridge freezer was fixed within an hour.

Very disappointed by the delays

Very disappointed by the delays, lack of communication and excessive prices for parts. Charging over £60 for a part than can be purchased for £15 is excessive. Contacted customer service and the reply was either a bot or a. It and paste responses as the email was totally impersonal and generic. I sent a deconstructed email in response and got almost identical wording second time. I really could not recommend their company and suggest you avoid them. When I told customer care I would leave feedback here they really did not seem to care so beware.
