NAC were quick to arrange an engineer to come out and look at my range cooker after a power cut blew its electronics. I was kept informed about when he would come and when delayed Taylor phoned to explain. When he came he was friendly and efficient. He left my cooker working but had to order a new part to complete the repair, but he came back a few days later with NAC keeping me informed about the part order and arranging a new visit. All is now well with only the original one callout charge and part to pay for. I would heartily recommend NAC and their engineer Taylor
Prompt efficient service from the start. Price for call out and labour were very fair. The engineer turned up when they said they were going to arrive and I was informed 30 minutes before arrival. Required a new part. This was a easy process to order. The revisit for the fitting of the new part is included in the initial call out fee. No extra or hidden costs. Overall excellent service
The engineer told me that the drum if the washing machine was bent and twisted and advised me that the repair would cost more than a new machine. Although it was not the news I wanted , I was pleased to be given sensible expert advice to stop me wasting money.
