Made an appointment over the phone nice and easy. Paid the fee, which included all the labour and callout.James, the engineer, came and identified the problem on my American fridge freezer. They ordered the part and got back to me very quickly to replace it. Would definitely use them again. Good service!!!

NAC and their engineer replied so promptly to my first enquiry. The ease of organising the follow up appointment was good. Their engineer was on time and carried out the work with diligence and comleft everything neat and tidy afterwards. Highly recommend this company.

False advertisement

If I could give less that one star I would.Engineer did not turn up until 6.20pm, told us it was an electrical fault with the plug and then insisted on a £90 for the 20mins he was there. Not sure how an engineer who fixes electrical appliances could not fix that.Guaranteed repair it says on the website. So not sure why I had to pay the repair fee when he did no fix the issue.
