The company site lists Delaware, but it ships to your home directly from China. When I saw the delivery coming from a different address and that was not disclosed, I asked for any recurring shipments to be cancelled. They wrote me back then saying that because I was canceling, I had to pay the difference in the price now on the first shipment. Their website had stated that you can cancel at any time. Never saw you would pay a fee on your first subscription to cancel I wish I had checked Trust Pilot first. DO NOT PURCHASE.
Terrible customer serviceThey failed to act promptly on a clear cancellation request - I had ordered two teething rollers, however I had not realized it had also signed me up for a monthly subscription. I certainly do not need rollers sent to me every month. Once I told them I wanted to cancel the subscription, they questioned my decision and delayed — as far as I know, that’s not standard practice for any reputable company, especially when it comes to recurring charges. (I work for a 3PL and am familiar with several business rules set up by our clients). They also imposed extra conditions to cancel, requiring me to pay a “non-subscription fee difference” before allowing cancellation. (This is not a customer-friendly or transparent policy). This is especially concerning since I didn’t knowingly agree to a subscription in the first place. And then they shipped the order after I explicitly declined it - Once I said I no longer wanted the product, the shipment should have been stopped. Saying “it’s too late” after ignoring my earlier messages is poor handling.They also used an irrelevant subject line (“business bundles-il”) on the email.That’s a red flag — important messages like subscription confirmations or cancellations should have clear, descriptive subject lines. As a result it landed in my junk folder, and it’s unfair to place responsibility on me for missing it.The fact that my subscription still hasn’t been properly cancelled after all this back-and-forth underscores the poor communication and lack of accountability.
Sorry didn’t see trust pilot reviews before ordering,this is definitely a scam no sign of order,since Oct6 2025,like other reviews item supposedly shipped but it’s from China and status hasn’t changed in 3weeks.I love ke others also asked to cancel and looked for refund due to delay in shipping and delivery.They offered a one third refund even though I never actually spoke to anyone just got emails that read like they were auto generated!Please don’t waste your money😡
Ordered “mama’s teethers” and product said it shipped but I have been waiting a month and because it “shipped” from outside the country there is no way to actually track it. I still have not received my product and don’t intend to at this point as I found out this site is a scam. To all the other tired and desperate mamas out there dealing with a teething babe, don’t use this website!!! It’s a scam.
I placed an order August 15th 2025 and 15 minutes after placing my order I requested my order to be cancelled. I sent several emails requesting order to be cancelled even sent messages via their online order portal only to ignored. This morning August 22nd recieved email stating order was shipped 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Customer Service is awful for this company. There is no phone number to call. I should have read the reviews prior to placing any order. I doubt I will get my money back if I receive items then send them back….They charged my account before order was shipped…if there was 0 star option that is what I would have chosen
