The outbound coach was 25mins late. The inbound coach was not flexible as I arrived an hour before my booked time due to my flight landing earlier and was refused to get on the earlier coach and given no option to purchase a new ticket. I had to wait an extra hour (waste of time). That driver and the customer service was not helpful or understanding of my situation, and let me down. I’ll think twice before booking with them again the the future.
Fast service IF you pick the right one ( journey times can differ for the same destination because of more or fewr stops). Driver loads your luggage and coach is comfy with wi-fi and USB charging port. BUT BEWARE: some pick-up points differ from their map locations and can be HARD TO FIND if in a hurry, so try to find out EXACTLY where to go before you travel. Great service once your bus arrives.
I recently travelled from London Gatwick Airport to Birmingham and had a very disappointing experience. The coach was extremely cold from the moment we boarded. The heating wasn’t working at all, and despite passengers raising the issue, the driver confirmed that the heating system was out of order.It was an uncomfortable journey from start to finish, especially for a long trip. I expected a basic level of comfort, and this fell well below that. I’m very dissatisfied with the service and hope this issue is taken seriously so future passengers don’t face the same problem.
