I put in the date for my booking and went ahead and then realised it was the wrong date I have now booked the right date but have unfortunately paid twice for the same journey.

Departed and arrived at scheduled time.The driver was kind and helpful .Furthermore, the coach was very clean and odourless . I would definitely recommend.

Poor communication and service

Currently sat on a bus in Sheffield with no idea when we will get to Newcatsle. A broken bus ar London Victoria meant we could not leave at 5.30pm. Poor communication of this at London Victoria for over an hour, then some of us we put on a bus to Sheffield. We for to Sheffield, again no communication and sat for 40/45 mins until we moved again. At this rate we have no idea when we will get home as the only thing we have heard from another passenger was we are going to Leeds to wait for another bus. This is now 23:15 and the end is not in sight. Horrific experience.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NATIONAL…

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NATIONAL EXPRES..,,everyone have to know about this horrible experience.On 23/11/2025,I had a ticket to travel from London ,Golders Green station,at 6.10 pm...to Middlesbrough and Surprise..TE BUS NEVER COME.I wait with others people supose to be in the seim bus ,until 20.30,and NATIONAL EXPRESS didn't t send a replacement bus,no updates no emails to customers,just a TOTAL IGNORANCEI WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE IN MY LIFE,and I hope this information let you know how NATIONAL EXPRESS ,treat the customers,and think more when travel,and choose the Travel CompanyDaniel

Oversold the booking then had delays

The journeys and driver staff were pleasant and helpful. However NE oversold the return booking for the coach surely they should only sell to be booked to capacity?The return journey was late by around an hour due to being oversold and when a second coach was put on to help appease this it still had to wait for the late arrival coach due to being unsure if they still have enough space. Overselling should not be allowed as it spoils an otherwise useful service.

I repeat I was so impressed travel Leeds to Manchester in October and then November. I very impressed with your driver on Sunday 23rd November Birmingham to Leeds.He was so upbeat, kind, hard working and curteous. He is very rare! Give this man a raise! ××

Good service

Good service, good driver.Just slightly more expensive than flix and more stops and journey times happen to suit better. But flix notified their bus delayed 23 minutes so I went into a cafe for a coffee only to find when I came out. The bus had caught up time and left on schedule time without me.Hence national express saved the day with later bus.
