national express cancelled the coach i was scheduled to travel on with no warning After waiting a good amount of time after coach status that showed on time right up to when it just dropped off the screen. After speaking to several coach station employees I was told just to wait. Eventually, two of the coach station employees I had spoken to came across and said the 1215 was cancelled and would be replaced with another coach unfortunately that coach was not the same service. The coach was to take us to Milton Keynes where we were disembark and then find another coach that would eventually take us to Coventry in all of this the information that was given was absolutely appalling and in one case one of the people I spoke to was very rude.
While returning from Victoria to Swindon journey was very good

Yesterday early morning we three guys was very disappointed because of driver ( we was there before he leaves the coach)
This is one of the worst coach companies. I booked this bus on 28/1/26 for travel next day at around 12:00pm to Sheffield . Coach broke down after quarter through my journey , got another coach going to Manchester after around 45 mins . It dropped us in Milton Keynes to wait for another to Sheffield . Have to wait for more 45mims am so annoyed and frustrated with this coach , am unable to attend my daughters concert because of this.
Don’t recommend anyone to get your services.

with. Keep you up to date with changes good return times after lunch. Great friendly, careful drivers. Takes longer than train but unlike the train very dependable clean and comfortable…. Much better than Megabus
My partner and I were waiting since 9:20am at the Bradford stop for the 10:00 service 171 to Manchester Airport. We were both in possession of valid tickets. Despite clearly being visible at the stop, the coach did not stop. The driver passed straight by and gestured “no” with his head, refusing to pick us up without any explanation.
This situation put us at serious risk of missing our flight from Manchester Airport, which also included a connecting flight. As a result, we were forced to urgently take a train in order not to miss our departure, at a total cost of £73.
This incident caused us extreme stress, anxiety, and financial loss, entirely due to the service failure. Such behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially for an airport route where punctuality and reliability are essential. We complained on the website but still we haven't received any answer.
I purchased 2 tickets for my journey to the airport and back.
the discount code (which was stating "up to 50% off") worked out just for 25% off).
None the wiser I made a purchase just to find out later, that the ticket to the airport could be 50% off, if purchased separately. Just my ticket back from the airport should have been 25%off.
Translation was one! Trips are two!
I have been experiencing problems with this service for a long time. I reached out to them regarding a refund some time ago but received no response. I, along with several other travelers, was left stranded when the bus departed without us. I had to spend a significant amount to reach my destination. Now, when trying to book through my account, the booking fee is being charged despite indications that it shouldn't be. I might as well look for alternative options!
The website is quite disappointing; I attempted to use the journey planner multiple times, but it kept reloading. When it finally worked, it suggested a journey time of 35 hours for a 75-mile trip. I clicked to check the bus route for that duration, but instead, I was redirected to the main page with an error message about technical issues. This is not helpful when trying to reach a destination! I can't rely on this service; I guess I'll be opting for national rail instead.
The process of booking tickets, including figuring out the best options for the situation, is straightforward and mostly easy to understand.
One minor suggestion would be to highlight the Change and Go option before passengers need to choose their ticket type: I was uncertain about my arrival time back at Heathrow and was leaning towards the pricier Flexible option, only to find out later in the booking that Change and Go was an option. It was indeed clearly presented, allowing me to modify my booking, but it would have been beneficial to have that information upfront.
Booking my ticket was incredibly straightforward, offering numerous choices for departure times. The pricing was also easy to grasp, which made the process even better. I'm pleased that I chose to book my ticket with the service, as they have become my top choice for traveling whenever I need to go away.
