The shoes to small not from Germany as made to believe so poor quality and I did pay the £21 to send them back tracked to China yes China end of March to get £49 back from them, still waiting. I thought I was buying German shoes their workmanship is good but will never buy off Internet again

Definitely do not use this company

Definitely do not use this company. They market themselves as a UK based however when you look into their website, they are based in Hong Kong China. Their service is abysmal. The quality of their shoes is poor. And their delivery time is totally unacceptable. Highly un recommended.

Definitely do not use this company. They market themselves as a UK based however when you look into their website, they are based in Hong Kong China. Their service is abysmal. The quality of their shoes is poor. And their delivery time is totally unacceptable. Highly un recommended.

What a con

The sandals took ages to arrive and they were awful - I usually take 4 1/2 but ordered size 5. I couldn't even get them on and they were cheap plastic rubbish. I tried to return them for a refund, it turned out to be impossible

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. Will only return payment on wrong size if the item is sent to China at customer expense!Same shoes cost less if bought through Amazon!
