I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the shoes. Delivery took 3 weeks and the shoes do not fit. I politely asked for an exchange or a refund as in their advert.But was only offered a discount on another pair which, as the shoes are poor quality and probably won’t last is not worth it

The shoes ie trainers are incorrect in size they are too small for the size I ordered, like other reviews have said they are of poor quality, you could buy better ones at Shoezone & easier to take back for refund. So stay well clear of this Company.

Returning goods is a nightmare. The shoes I ordered were undersize but the 14-day free trial and "Money-Back Guarantee for Maximum Satisfaction" stated on its website turned out to be mythical. Naturstep insisted that the shoes (which, apart from being too small, hardly lived up to their ergonomic claims) be posted to China. This would have cost £19. I was offered a derisory 20% refund plus a £15 spending voucher which I would be unlikely to use.

On receipt of the shoes, there is no proof of the orthopedic quality of the shoe, in fact there is no documentation or labeling of the shoes at all, no shoe size label and it costs 40€+ to return the shoes because they have to be returned to Hong Kong. All claims are excluded in small print on the web site. Best advice: Take the shoes into the back garden and burn them.

While the products are being advertised as high-quality and such, the actual quality of the product is very poor and not at all as advertised. Even though the products are, according to the package sticker, sent from a German warehouse, they have to be returned to China at high costs, making it financially unattractive to do so. For me, this constitutes a scam as the products are definitely not worth the price tag put on them and getting your money back is basically impossible. Avoid at all costs!
