Consistently exceeds expectations

I have an extensive collection of Neopro products, nearly 20 jerseys, 8 pairs of bibs, hoodies, warmers, thermal bibs, arm warmers, gilets, you get the picture. Across all of that, the quality of service and products have consistently exceeded my high expectations. The comfort of their gear is exceptional and the colours are always vibrant and true. This endorsement is a strong testament to my satisfaction that I’ve found in their products and service and hopefully will be valuable to others considering this brand of products.

I have an extensive collection of Neopro products, nearly 20 jerseys, 8 pairs of bibs, hoodies, warmers, thermal bibs, arm warmers, gilets, you get the picture. Do NOT buy from NeoPro...

Placed 4 orders over a 12 month period. 3 of the orders were for "in-stock" items. On each of those orders nearly 2 weeks passed with zero communication. Reached out directly only to be told their order "queue" was backlogged....again. After another week, they were "out of stock". NeoPro are a fly-by-night business. They take orders, collect money and then send their order off for production. Horrible business model IMO. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with them.

Impossible to contact this company have…

Impossible to contact this company have been waiting for a refund which they now say was never returned. There always looking into it! . It was tracked by Australia post. Never use this site. I should have listened to all the other complaints for refunds. No way to contact this terrible company

Ordered during annaul sale off an…

Ordered during annaul sale off an instragram ad. One of the guys at work was talking about their gear so I thought "Why not?!" I needed a new set of nicks so decided to grab a jersey as well. I'm a fit 5O year old bloke who has worn medium size shirts for my entire adult life so I of course ordered a medium. The gear arrived and when I tried on the nicks they were a bit snug, but the jersey was soooo tight - a small any day of the week. I tried contacting them but response times were hideously slow, and you can't talk to anyone, so you have to wait until they get around to checking their emails - no problems updating their insta profile though. Anyway... I eventually find out that they don't do exchanges for whatever reason (kept secret) so refund was the only option - which I had to pay for. So I followed their directions and sent of the tiny jersey nearly three weeks ago and still haven't seen my refund.Avoid these clowns like the plague.

Terrible customer service. Still Waiting on a refund from an order that I never received on November. I see their website has reviews posted for May and October of this year 2023. I can't belive they have fake reviews for dates that have not passed yet. Do not order from them, you will Waste your time and money.I just get a reply over a year later??? More proof of terrible customer service. Also I did not get a full refund. They kept part of the money from my order plus the shipping charge. That is why I blocked their advertising emails and didn't bother to order again. There are plenty of other companies with better quality jerseys and cycling bibs that you will not go through the hassle I did with Neopro cycling. I Still do Not recommend them. Also other fellow cyclists have stated they had similar order issues and the quality of their cycling clothes is Not good.
