Review Time
It was not a good experience. I bought tickets for Tuesday, April 7. Five minutes later I realized I had made an error and meant to purchase them for the 8th. There’s no way to get help with making that change. All I could get was a chatbot telling me final sale. I don’t want a refund. Just to change to one day later. It’s insulting to get no genuine help.
After ordering my ticket I didn't get the confirmation email and when my eticket disappeared it took a frustrating 2 hours to get through to a human being (Jessica). She was finally able to email the confirmation to my husband's address but apparently never figured out why mine didn't work.
This site popped up on Google and I thought I was buying directly from the theater. I realized later I paid $30 per ticket more than if I had bought directly on the theater’s site. Fooled by Search Engine marketing and not pleased.
