Hardloop email responders are very slow

Hello, I ordered a product from Hardloop. I wrote my address information incorrectly. I sent a message and it was corrected, but I received an e-mail from the cargo company Kronopost saying that the address information of my cargo was incorrect. My cargo did not arrive. Hardloop customer service definitely does not respond. As a matter of customer satisfaction, I do not recommend shopping from such a site again. No response is ever sent. I know the response will be late. Hardloop needs to fix this situation. It needs to resolve the e-mails quickly. Best regards.

Disappointing

Disappointing. Did not receive the code for retrieving what I ordered from the locker. Now they sent the parcel back to the sender. Need a simple email saying 'your parcel is ready for collection on the address listed below using the following code: '

A bit dissapointed

Ordered a bag a month ago (14-04) but did not receive it yet. They sent it out, when it should be arrived. Now it is still on its way for almost a week… Normally I think price-quality on this website is good. But a bit disappointed now..

Good shop would order again

Good price, quick shipping, good tracking and easy returns. Shoes I ordered where to small even though I followed the sizing guide, measured my feet, noted the remark to order one size higher. Guess not hardloops fault.
