Review Time
To be fair, my problem was caused by the courier and not by the website. I never received any notification from the courier that my parcel would be delivered. I received an email from the website the parcel was out for delivery when I was already at work, then two hours later suddenly an email there was no one home and the parcel would be shipped to a pick-up point. Had I received a message a day in advance as is usual, I could have adjusted the delivery time. I can't do anything within two hours notice.Now I had no say in when and where the parcel would be delivered. It was brought to a shop in the next village that is completely out of route for me and that has horrible opening hours. I would never have chosen this shop myself. According to the pick-up mail the shop was closed for holidays, Google said it was open, so I had no idea if I would even be able to pick it up in time for MY holiday. Eventually I had to ask someone to pick it up for me (luckily they were not closed) because I just didn't have the time. It turned out to be a huge box for only two knee braces! After the parcel was delivered to the shop the website starts sending emails 'your parcel was delivered! How was your experience?' while I didn't even have my order yet, adding insult to injury. All could have been prevented with one simple notification in advance. But because of this experience I will not be ordering here again.
1,5 week ago I placed an order. After the order i didn't receive any information. After applying two costumer service forms, one fb message, one instagram message and one email i finally recieved an answer. Something went wrong, the main item from my order wasn't there anymore. The website says that cs is 7 days a week available 😅, not really. My placed order wasnt there anymore, probably sold to someone else.No other solution, just friendly apologies. Asking myself why this website is profiling in the Netherlands so much.
Never got my package on the date they send.Never got more than a confirmation email that I payed.Tried to call them.Had to endure loud music in my ear for 10 minutes, after that they just.Disconnected the call without ever talking to a person.Also that fact that no one reach out to me when I contacted them via phone and email makes me feel very suspicious.
Totally abysmal service. Over a week they ignored my order and customer service replied 8 days later and promised to proceed shipment but they didn’t. I never use this shop ever. I rather pay more amount with different shop.
Follow up to my previous feedback. The package has been arrived at the pick up point on the 8th of August, the first email received 30th July by Hardloop , confirmed the package was already available on that date, which has you can see was not true. The customer service replied after 7 working days!!! So in case you need something please be aware. Now I would like to return the article: I click on the related page and nothing happens!!! ( tried with chrome,edge, firefox web and mobile). Now let me know how should I proceed?!??I have opened a ticket , but no feedback ( again NO PHONE number to reach). Let me know when a customer is a top priority for you.
