I never received it

I never received it. It was delivered to a different location too far away, and with bad opening times, I could not make it. This was a frustrating experience as I was counting on these shoes for a running trip. I had to buy shoes somewhere else now and waiting for my money to come back, as I am a student and could not afford to pay for shoes two times.

No delivery nor communication

No delivery nor communicationI ordered an expensive down jacket on January 12th and was promised it would be delivered a few days later. On January 15th I received an e-mail telling me there was a delay in delivery, and it would take a few more days to send the package. I haven't received any information since, and on my profile page it says 'Order cancelled by Hardloop'. However, I haven't received any information nor a refund. My messages by means of the contact form and chatbot are not answered. I hope Hardloop will soon either inform me about the delivery or refund me asap, before I take this to the police for an official complaint. Tine from Bruges, BelgiumUPDATE: Hardloop eventually refunded me after this review, more than three weeks after my initial order (1st week of February), without any further communication or apologies. I found it very strange that my order was cancelled, but the jacket could still be purchased on the website. I'm never buying anything from Hardloop again.

No delivery after 1 week of promising.

=> verzoek 614972It's been a week that the shipment is not arrived. There is no way to contact by phone call but by message. No reply for a week after requesting to check. Zero customer service. I payed money buy it is not received yet.

Hoping my order will arrive

I did an order, and I am hoping it will be delivered on time. Because of all the negative reviews on Trustpilot, I am hoping it will be oke. The weird thing is, that I have paid around €4 too much instead of the original price (the shipping costs would be free so that's not it).I e-mailed them about it but I have no answer back yet. I have not the best feeling about this, and it feels weird. I'm beginning to think if this is a scam or not. Because of all the reviews saying that hardloop.nl is not good with making contact, I thought Lets make a review on Trustpilot hoping they respond. I also would really like to know when I get an email if my package is on it's way, because it all feels a bit scetchy.Thanks Update:My package was arrived on time. I wasn't sure about the size so I ordered another size. That package also arrived on time. Now I only need to return 1 item, I think it's going to be allright:)Update: Thanks for your reply! I just send you an email today, that I was trying to send 1 item back, but it didn't work. If I want to select an item that I want to send back, it says "there is no order that you can send back".I really hope this can be solved soon.

bad process and awful support

Ordered with them more than two weeks ago, and have not received any update on when it will be delivered or anything. I tried contacting them, and it seems almost impossible to reach them, they did not reply to my emails either.I would not recommend using this as a shopping place.

My order should have been delivered…

My order should have been delivered yesterday. I have tried to reach out to customer support so they can confirm where my package is. Tracking was not updated for 2 days. Unfortunately there is no phone number for customer support and they reply very slowly on written inquiries. The reply I received was absolutely useless and now I needed to submit an other inquiry. Will not order from them in the future.Update: So in the end my order was delivered however I needed to request a refund and so I have returned the product. After it was delivered to Hardloop I have received a confirmation email that my refund is underway. It’s been approximately 2 weeks and my refund is nowhere. Contacted customer service but no reply for 2 days now ( claiming that they would follow up in 24 hours). This service is very painful, slow and time consuming. I cannot recommend.
