We placed an order for two Duncan backpacks on May 14, with the assurance that delivery would take place no later than May 21. However, by May 26, we had received no proactive updates, and only then were informed that the items would be delayed by at least another eight days.Due to our upcoming vacation, we were unable to wait any longer and, on the advice of customer service representative Romain, decided to order the bags elsewhere. What added to our frustration is that after we requested a cancellation, the items were suddenly marked as in stock and shipped anyway—despite our cancellation request—which has now caused a delay in processing the refund.....It is now June 30, and the only communication we have received since then are reminder emails asking about our experience, which only adds to our frustration, as it feels like no one is actually addressing our concern and still no refund...
