Ordered a bag on February 9 (order no. RRJKJMACS), received an email on February 13 that I could pick up the package, but the package simply never arrived (so the email from Hardloop nl is completely wrong). I went to the pick-up point, but there was no package for me. A foreign "Chronopost" track & trace shows that the package was last scanned in Vijfhuizen at the DPD head office and nothing else. The additional DPD track & trace says "in transit". Called DPD and they said they had not yet received the package. Now I just got a reminder "don't forget to pick up your package": ridiculous! Customer service does not respond either, only a most basic and badly set up chatbot!Update 18-02: I just received an e-mail that O can pick up the package at "DPD (Nederland) B.V., Hybrideweg 101, Vijfhuizen (NL)" --> this is DPD's headquarters/ logistics center in NL (just google it). This is !NOT! a pickup location. The package is apparently lost somewhere at the distribution center. The DPD track & trace also says that the package is still in transit and not at the delivery center. Does anyone have experience with trying to contact the director via LinkedIn? The customer service is apparently there for sending standard messages without even trying to help.
They sell products they do not have on stock. So they promised you a delivery moment two weeks later, but they do not deliver.Customer service only reacts after one week after sending an email through their contact form.Bad experience. Never again
This is exactly what you dont want. The website says it can deliver in a few days. I made the order, paid the money but:- no confirmation at all via mail. The "your orders" tab on the website is empty- no proper customer service. Only able to fill in some form. The company has a phone number but no one answers- Although customer service via mail may work for some companies. As a customer you want to get a response quickly. If you cannot respond quickly and dont have your shit together website wise, you shouldnt promise quick delivery times as a company, because if something goes wrong its very annoying for the customer- I am also not able to cancel any order, because there is no order. At this point I would love to just order somewhere else, but I have 0 information- what on earth is this stupid message bot on the website. I was finally hoping to speak to someone, and I just get back "I am a bot :)", is this a joke? A low quality bot is not a replacement for normal high quality customer service
My order is delayed. It was shown to be delivered in 3 days but it has been more than 1 week it still hasnt been delivered. Everyday the delivery day is being postponed to next day but it is not coming. It was a Valentines day gift for my boyfriend and I dont have a gift.. I am quite unsatisfied with this.
