Review Time
Courier misplaced the package, it kept getting sent back and forth between 2 locations. I informed Hardloop how important it was as I was going travelling and in the end the package got sent back to Hardloop before I went travelling! Always friendly when I called and emailed but very little proactive communication to actually solve my issue, and a less than satisfactory outcome. Boohoo!
Very happy with the product, but trying to figure out why, with the item in stock when I ordered it, it took 15 days before the item was shipped out and then 1 day for it to be delivered (happily 2 days ahead of the estimated delivery). Very bizarre strategy. Good experience if you are willing to wait a few weeks to get your product.
I have decided to amend my review and reduced the rating to one star since despite the response below, they have yet to reply to my emails and inquiries. I order an item from them and I was promised it will be delivered within a few days. However, the promised delivery date had passed and I did not hear anything about it, no updates whatsoever. So I had to reach out to them for updates.They then mentioned that the item I ordered had to be restocked despite the status upon ordering being "in-stock". They informed me that they would update me in the coming 3-4 days, not surprisingly they provided me with no update until I reached out to them a few days later.Finally, they informed me that my item had been shipped by DPD and should arrive at my door in a couple of days time.A few days later I did get an email saying the package has been delivered, however I received nothing and as it turned out I apparently missed the delivery and DPD claims they delivered it to my neighbor instead. I checked with my neighbor and they received no package from DPD.It might be DPD's fault or my dishonest neighbor (Very unlikely...), but the lack of communication and response was really disappointing.I paid 5 euros for the package to be delivered to me, not to my neighbor...I am left with nothing now and I do hope I can get a refund and I don't think I will ever order from Hardloop again.
