I accidently clicked for 'lifetime' diet plan while scrolling through reading, less than Mi utelater messaged for refund and 2 minutes later got a no can do reply as stated in writing, no cancellation no refund. I now going through pay provider.
Scammed and won't give my money back, I will be seeking legal advice if the money they have taken is not put back in account I have underline medical problems, I wouldn't be using stuff without a medical practitioner say so, and iam 5.2 and weigh 8stone so why would I need this service
Their technique is they send so many emails almost overwhelmingly.If you are curious just join the few days to check whether the diet is for you.Even though i have chosen vegan and gluten free diet i had to make up my own personilised menu which is very narrow on my needs. Asked for a refund as it is not what i wanted mainly quinoa dishes. Not very exciting. I wouldn’t bother. Save some money
Do not deal with this company they are a CON they took subsequent payments from my bank without it being agreed yet I never even signed up, it had been reported to my bank as fraud. Despite me asking for any signed documents stating I agree to this they have failed to deliver this AVOID at allCosts
At no point during the application process does it tell you it is basically an app based menu.The memory on my phone is very limited and will not be upgraded for a few months so I complained about this and was told to go through Hppt/app.no.diet and input my details. After 4 days of trying to gain access to this site for my recipes I gave up the ghost.I have now cancelled my subscription and am going to buy myself a good cook book which is now what I wish I had done in the first place.
