I like this experience because I tried already to loose weight several times. This application is quite easy to follow and helps to control myself and to have the right and healthy food.
Deeply misleading. I paid for a diet plan that I thought was a one off payment with NO IDEA that they were going to take £31.99 a month. I’ve paid over £120 for a few recipes that I got initially and not used since. I contacted them and they are refusing any refund.Be absolutely 100% sure that you want to spend £31.99 a month before you let these anywhere near your card details.I’ve tried to raise a dispute with the bank but because the money was taken from my device ‘wallet’ they can’t help. They said the company should have offered a refund and have advised me to go to Citizens Advice. So cross with myself for falling for this company’s You Tube ad and ‘following the link’. MY ADVICE IS STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!Just to add: in response to the friendly contact us below I got this:Hello,I’m sorry this came as a surprise.To be transparent about refunds: because the subscription renewed correctly and the service has been delivered, I’m not able to issue a refund.Please stay away from this company.
Due to my experience with this website I paid £15.99 on 22 October, but in fact have not received any confirmation email or subscription details. So I was badly surprised by receiving another charge of £31.98 from my PayPal account to where this scam company subscription without warning. I am indeed dissatisfyed with subscriptions, refunds and cancellations. After I opened a dispute on PayPal customer service emailed me that 1) Our service does not include reminder emails as part of our standard process. 2) subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle (replied by effecto.app. As there were no notifications of my subscription initially off course I didn’t notice no.diet putting automatic renewal on my PayPal. So there are loads of difficulties in obtaining refunds, even when canceling shortly after signing up. The contact with customer service is not satisfactory, as they reply to you same thing again over and over. Yes , the sign-up process as confusing, with too many add-ons and hidden terms. I do agree to warn about potential scams and unauthorised payments, which are really difficult to resolve,
