Review Time
I tried to cancel and I was told no. After being told I couldn't cancel and get a refund, it took 5 days to send my order. During that 5 day wait period, it shouldn't be a problem to cancel and receive a refund. I was told the reasoning was due to the Rapid processing system. It's not very Rapid. I was hoping to have it by Christmas but now that's looking less likely. I will be returning it. It feels like the company forces the product down your throat without of any remedies.
I order this for Christmas for my wife and the shipping stated it would be delivered within 3-5 business days. It is now scheduled to arrive after 10 business days and I will not be able to give it to my wife for Christmas. Very disappointing.
It has been 40 days and no order has arrived. I have emailed 3 times to this email address infonomisk.gmx.net and no reply. I have tried to find the legit website from where I bought the product a mama jumper and now it no longer exists. Be careful before you use this !!!
