Review Time
This says it was shipped on 12/27 but the has still not arrived. Tracking number doesn’t pull anything on Canada Post or USPS sites…Edit - I bought this a week before Christmas, it is now January 27th and as best I can tell it has still not shipped. I bought this to help my wife with cramps but the headaches I’m enduring are starting to feel like a poor trade off….will keep updating but as of now I could not recommend a company less
I ordered on December 13, with the one to five Days shipping date didn’t process till the 17 and I intended to order it for Christmas. I tried looking at the tracking website but it does not show and the website is down, saying it’s opening soon. I wish they were more transparent with my shipping. Update, I received my order on December 27!
Purchased the Maia as a Christmas gift for my wife but it doesn't heat up. Not sure if it's not charging or what. That said, when I go to the website, scroll down to the list of services, the "returns" and "contact us" are not linked to anything. You can't click on them so don't know how to get in touch with them to return it.
Stop now and buy from a different brand, this product cost an arm and a leg for such a piece of crap. The Mia is louder then a jet taking off so good luck relaxing. I guess that is supposed to be the massage function but that doesn’t feel like anything. The heating element must be broken as after 30min of being on it is barely warm to the touch even though it states that it can warm up to 55c +- 4c.The only thing you can look forward to with this product is hoping to get your money back.
