I have been a customer of Nucleus Financial for several years and have been extremely satisfied with their service. They are very helpful in answering queries, on the rare occasion I have needed them answered. Overall, I rate them very highly.
It took you 6 years after the death of the policy holder to contact their next of kin. At every stage in proceedings you have requested information, only to come back to request further information that you neglected to ask for to start with, but without which you have been unable to proceed with the claim. Your communication has been inconsistent.
I required to discuss a matter with regard to my pension, and I spoke to Sarah who was very pleasant and professional. I felt very reassured at the end of the conversation especially as she explained everything to me in detail.Thank you Sarah for a great service
