my phone call to nucleus was simple , easy & call was quickly answered . furthermore , the agent , christopher , was polite ,easy to talk to & v quick to understand the purpose of my call , he has calmed down my nervousness , the whole experience was not as daunting as i anticipated .
Repeated requests for timelines and process of a fairly major transaction have been ignored. Documents submitted have been mislaid and we have had to re-submit these documents. We know that they have been mislaid as multiple documents have emailed at the same time but only one of the documents “has not been received”Communication is awful. Our transaction has take far longer, with no end in sight, that it needs to be.
