Today I made my first phone call to this company regarding my account. I spoke to Hannah who was beyond helpful. She understood my issues and went out of her way to come to a solution. She made the situation seem that it would be sorted out. Very good customer service.
We can of course provide a General Nxxxxxx reference of our Company but our prime concern here, as reflected by our lower star-rating of your service, is that while we've flawlessly received over (many) previous tax years consolidated income tax vouchers to enable us to report all relevant types of income (UK & overseas dividends and interest) we have not automatically received from you details of realised capital gains and losses year by year, as are reportable for tax purposes. Consequently our Company faces a potential HMRC enquiry around non-reported taxable gains for previous accounting periods.
