I couldn’t leave a worse review for this company. My chiller and pump for cold plunge stopped working over 3 months ago and they have still yet to do anything about it. Whoever reads this DO NOT purchase anything from them.

You get what you pay for. Spend more money on a better system with safe materials.

The instructions for the space heater that came with it says do not put it within 3 feet of and material or object. Obviously that contradicts putting it inside the "tent". Sure enough it melted the plastic framing of the tent before we got inside. It smelled very toxic with the heater in there. The steam machine doesn't make enough steam, and it doesn't get anywhere near as hot as it claims to. Overall we are very disappointed.

The quality of their products is far less than what they represent. We wanted to return an item and we were told they don't do that. I believe if you're going to be selling products over the internet you should offer returns if customers are unhappy with products.

I can’t say enough bad things about…

I can’t say enough bad things about this product and this company. The build quality of this sauna tent was so poor that it literally fell apart during construction. The “new state of the art” heater will not reach the temperatures that are advertised, and I doubt it’s safe to get that cheap grow tent material up to 180F anyway. On top of all that, the 100 day money back guarantee was not honored, so now I’m stuck with a $500 pile of garbage. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM NURECOVER.
