Scammers

Scammers - it’s such a shame as I really wanted what they offer. Last year my partner got me the steam tent and I got about 6 good go’s out of it before it wouldn’t heat up. Stupidly enough since seeing they have released the sauna heater I was sold yet another dream. Money left my account, no confirmation email, no product, Do no buy from nurecover

I still have not received my order of…

I still have not received my order of NMN. I ordered this 2 weeks ago just for it to tell me that it was out of stock after I placed the order and then once its shipped you have no way to track it, you uust have to go by what the website tells you which is next to nothing.

Terrible experience with NureCover — Don’t waste your money

I purchased the sauna and cold plunge with cooler, and the entire process has been frustrating:1. Late delivery – The cooler for the cold plunge arrived two weeks after the sauna and cold plunge.2. Poor quality sauna poles – The poles bent the first time I used the sauna. Support eventually sent “better” poles, but I had to wait about a week to get them.3. Infrared light design flaw – The light strip falls off because of the heat, making it unusable.4. Cold plunge that doesn’t cool – Once the cooler finally arrived, I filled the cold plunge, turned it on, and after 24 hours the water was still 100°F (I live in Arizona).When I contacted support, they admitted it would not get cold in Arizona temperatures. I requested a return, but they refused because I had “filled it with water.” Their website claims a 30-day money-back guarantee, but this is not true.Bottom line: Overpriced, poor design, misleading return policy. Look elsewhere — you’ll save your money and a lot of frustration!

After month order still not arrived!!!

I am waiting for my Pod Pro Bath over one month already and still hasn't arrived!!! In the first package just Pro Chiller arrived (also after 3 weeks), but no bath, which was supposed to be in the first package. Communication with customer service hasn't solved anything. Where is my Pod Pro Bath please???????New: The bath arrived today (14.8.2025). Ordered and paid from June 30th. The thermometer that was ordered in the same order is still on its way….
