There was no instruction on putting together the cold tub reached out to customer service took couple days to get back with answers now my sauna steam generator isn’t working properly and it’s been 2 days with no response when it was working I do like it but might return because of the issues I’m having and lack of help
Sauna heaterShipping was slow and was slightly annoying that I ordered to Australia and it came with a non compatible power cord. I had to buy an adapter. Apart from this the product is 10/10. I have been having steam saunas for the last 3 years. Being able to now have dry saunas at home has been a game changer.
False advertisement. the customer service keep saying the same thing over and over. you lie regarding money back warranty. i didn't get the full items as per box and still you acknowledge was a mistake but not wanting to send me the item or the money back.
I placed on Order June 6th and when I received my order I was missing several items. I contacted support to have the items sent to me, It is now July 5th and have yet to receive my items even after they shipped out on June 9th. I have sent several emails to support team to fix the issue and the issue doesn’t get fixed they just want you to buy more.
I’m posting this so other people don’t go through what I’ve gone through. Nurecover has been nothing but a headache from day one, and I’ve now spent almost a full year dealing with problems that never end.The sauna tents are terrible quality. I’ve already gone through two of them, and both ripped without me ever moving them. They literally tore while sitting in place. The frame pieces were just as bad. The PVC piping arrived bent and warped like it had been left in the sun for a week. When I asked for replacements, they sent me metal poles that didn’t even have connectors and weren’t the right size. It was like they just grabbed random parts and shipped them.Almost everything else has broken too. The dry heater stopped working right away. The seat broke. The “red light therapy” panel is a complete joke and might as well be a child’s night-light. It does absolutely nothing and is nowhere near what they advertise.Customer service has been a nightmare. They almost never respond, and when they finally do, it’s weeks or even a month later. Then they take months to send anything out, if they bother sending it at all. I’ve been waiting on multiple replacement items for nearly a year and still haven’t received them.They also advertise a money-back guarantee, which is honestly the biggest lie of all. I requested my refund well within the timeframe, and they just ignored it. I’ve followed up several times and still haven’t gotten anywhere.At this point I feel like the entire company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. The product quality is awful, the support is basically nonexistent, and the money-back guarantee is meaningless. I’d strongly suggest avoiding Nurecover altogether. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Missing parts of order which I still haven’t received. Tubing for chiller was so cheap that I had to replace it with more sturdy non kink tubing and watch YouTube videos from others that had the same problem to get the chiller to work. After hours of hassle and an extra $120 spent to fix the cheap parts this came with I finally got the chiller working with the cold plunge. Love the sauna had no problems with that. If I would’ve done more research I would’ve gone with a different brand to save the hassle.
Long wait times for customer service. Still waiting to hear back from finance dept.Quality isn't as expected based on price.PVC pipe that holds tent warped from the heater that wasn't even near it. The quality isn't made to withstand the heater. The tent arrived with a 4 inch hole in the seam. Replacment tent took 3 weeks to deliver. The cord of the heater doesnt go throug the steamer hole so leaving the zipper compromised cause it has to be left opened. Overall, I had a terrible experience with this product. Will not recommend. Also your return policy has sneaky wording. 100% return if not happy. However, cant be used. So how are we supposed to know if we are satisfied with product if not opened? Makes no sense. Better transparency on return policy would be helpful to not aggravate customers.
