UPDATE- I reached out via support on their website and still haven’t received a response after 4 days. Apparently the 5 year warranty I paid for was also a scam.Wow- I should’ve read these reviews BEFORE I ordered. I ordered the whole kit- sauna, ice bath, pro chiller and heater. I didn’t receive the heater or pro chiller and they both appear to still be in China despite the fact that their website said the products were in the USA when I ordered. I set the ice bath up so I could use it with ice until the chiller arrived and as soon as I filled it with water I discovered it already has a pin prick leak before I even got to use it! So now I have a useless ice bath and a soaking wet basement where the water shot out everywhere!
I do not like to leave bad reviews but my experience has been poor. Terrible decision to purchase. Delivery states 7-10 day days, 3 weeks delivery has not even been shipped. Tracking information not updated since ordered. 3 emails sent to support with no reply. I can accept deliveries being late but zero communication is not acceptable. Avoid at all costs.
It talk awhile to get to the right person, but when I did, I reached Daniel Dwight and he did a wonderful job of helping me solve my problem. I was missing something simple in the set-up, but he was kind enough to point out my issue and helped me rectify it quickly. He made my experience great. Thanks.
Finally after 6 weeks I recieved my sauna-heater and unfortunately the disappointment did not end with the delivery process. In the product description of the Sauna heater it states a max temperature of 185°F/85°C, in fact the manual with the device states a max temp of 90°C, yet the product actually has a max temperature in the settings of 70°C, so clearly a false claim of the products capability In the product description it also claims that it can reach its max temp in 5 minutes. Well after 45 minutes it reached and stalled 52°C. So another misleading claim. What it would seem I have bought or at least recieved is an over priced re-branded space heater. The other give away to this is that the time settings on the "Sauna Heater" start at 2 hrs and go up to 8hrs, suspiciously like a space heater (2 hours would be a marathon of a Sauna session). So I deduce that the "2 years spent refining the state of the art Sauna heater" and the "patent pending technology" are lies too. If the Sauna heater had lived up to their claims it may well have been worth the frustrating delivery process, alas this is not the case *AVOID AT ALL COSTS*
