nurecover ORDER #NU326656Originally ordered months ago. Opted for a dry heat and wet sauna kit. Still haven’t received dry. Emailed customer service twice now with request for return instructions. No response.considering reporting to better business bureau
We purchased the NuRecover Pro Package, including the cold plunge, chiller, sauna, steamer, ceramic heater, and extended warranty, expecting high-quality wellness equipment. Unfortunately, this has been an exceptionally disappointing purchase.The product quality falls far below expectations. The cold plunge fails to maintain advertised cooling levels and leaks persistently. The sauna’s poles have warped under heat, compromising its functionality. The heater and steamer also underperform, failing to reach the promised temperature settings. These issues render the package unreliable for its intended purpose.Customer service has been equally unsatisfactory. Responses are excessively delayed, and the support team repeatedly requests redundant photos and videos, which appear to go unreviewed. Replacement parts were sent, but arrived damaged, further delaying resolution and adding to our frustration.Given the high cost of the Pro Package and extended warranty, we expected superior quality and responsive service. Instead, this has been a profoundly regrettable purchase. We strongly urge NuRecover to address these issues promptly and improve their product and support processes to prevent other customers from experiencing similar dissatisfaction.
I indicated I wanted to return to chiller as it doesn't work. I received email staying I should await an email with a return label. I have sent 3 emails asking where that return label is. Haven't heard a thing. Do not have anything to do with this company. Update -they got back to me!!! They refused to honor the return policy. The policy says pods that have been filled with water cannot be returned. It does not say the water chiller can’t be returned. In fact it specifically says to make sure the water is drained out before returning. These people are basically crooks. Return policy good only if you never use the product??Hey Marc, how is they “investigation” going?? Looks like you took a really deep dive into things given I haven’t heard anything back in three weeks. I think you actually did conclude your “investigation” Results?? It’s ok to rip me off $350 because, after all, what other than putting reviews on Trust Pilot, am I really able to do about it anyway?
I had a great experience with the Nurecver team's customer service. I got a hole in the base of my nurecover and they delivered me a new one free of charge within the week! Very prompt and kind communications team. 10/10 recommend the product for both quality and warranty support!
We loved our steamer and received many compliments and inquiries on it. However, after 6 months it went out. I reached out to customer service and they immediately shipped a replacement. I appreciate the quick resolution and ease of getting in contact with them; really good customer service imo. We also have the ice bath and the whole family enjoys it (spouse & 2 athletic kids). No issues with it in the 3 years we’ve had it.
DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. I ordered the sauna and ice bath bundle. Everything leaks and all pieces are made of junk. Whatever you do, do not order from here. Their website is flooded with good reviews but before you buy check other websites. All say it’s a trashy product. Currently trying to return and customer service is absolutely awful. Their return policy is also junk and they’ll scam you out of every thing. NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE
