HRV booster & Top class customer support

I’ve struggled with a consistently low HRV for years, averaging around 26 each month. Since using Nurosym, I’ve consistently seen a 10–20% increase, which has had a noticeable impact on my recovery. It’s been especially valuable in helping me balance a high-cognitive-load job, regular training, and family life.The product works — and the support is genuinely first class. A special callout to Johnette Canonero, who went above and beyond to make sure I was supported at every step.In summary: excellent product, excellent service. Highly recommended.

Earpiece issues, but great customer service

You will need to replace the earpiece biannually.Its a great device, but sold as a premium product and the earpiece broke after 6 months, they begrudgingly replaced it as a 'gesture of goodwill' after i reminded them about about basic consumer rights and product warranty, but ultimately if you read the reviews you will need to replace the earpiece 1 - 2 times a year for the life of the product. They make a profit on the earpiece, so I guess its in their interest to not improve the design despite all the reviews and feedback that it is exceptionally unreliable and is one of the two crucial components that are needed for this device to work. If it keeps breaking they get continued revenue and profit from the same user for the life of the product, thats £60-£120 a year on top of the initial payment from every user. I would bet they account for this in their sale forecasting.Buyer beware, there are many other products on the market that maybe don't have the same marketing, or product aesthetic, but their design means it likely wont require you to replace a component repeatedly for it to work, its a real shame given the price and the premium product positioning. Review update : The Customer care team were in touch and have been great, very considerate ans have really tried to make a amends. Product review is the same, but the service has been exceptional, thank you.

Wonderful device which has helped my chronic pain significantly.When the ear piece failed after three months this company sent out a new one straight away.Many thanks for superb service

Take care with this machine. Not for everyone.

This was recommended by a long covid specialist. Used it for one day and wound up in hospital. The machine inflamed the vestibular nerve, so i now have vestibular neuronitis with dizziness, ear ache and nausea in addition to long covid. Hospital advised caurion using nurosym by rhise with sensitive systems.

The device works so strong that after 3 weeks I started to reduce Trevilor and 2 weeks later i halfed my Agomelatin too.I will be able to reduce more soon.My depression was always there, never away since 14 years. Very strong all time.I use it as the german competitor company for tvns device want the patients to use it: 4 hours a day.I also combine it with a tDCs device from sweden.The company support is great too.

The product looks great and the…

The product looks great and the packaging reminds me of an Apple product. From an operational point of view it is also easy. It is not however a 'cure all' product as I am sure the manufacture would agree. We have tested it in a number of different situations and it seems best suited to problems around the upper body/head. Migraines, sleep, brain fog, stiffness, neck pain etc, but in these areas it is exceptional

Started to have have issues with the device and wire connection after only few months, got in touch with the team and they swiftly helped with the diagnostic and sent replacement.
