Review Time
The reason I wanted to try Nurosym was the overwhelming amount of scientific reviews. It sounded too good to be true, but all the research made me curious. I conducted my own experiment on myself for the last 30 days. I spent about a week without and 3 weeks with the Nurosym with my Polar watch collecting data on sleep and recovery. Even in this short interval, my beat-to-beat interval increased, heart rate variability increased, and average heart rate decreased significantly. The improvements took a leap on day 6 - the day I started Nurosym. Furthermore I feel less stressed to the point that I sometimes wonder: shouldn't I be more upset about this situation? And another very important improvement is that I have less migraines. I used to have up to 4 days per month and since I have been using Nurosym I have had none. I am very much aware that it doesn't replace a healthy lifestyle obviously, but I will keep the device as a great tool for everyday recovery.
I bought it and tried it for more than a month, and still using it. I don't really feel any major changes it just soothes me when I am using it but nothing really lasting. I continue to use it because I think that maybe I have been anxious for so many years that it will take longer than expected to see some real results.I am editing my review because I want to say how good is customer support, they are really caring, thoughtful, they answer really fast. I had Nurosym on my wishlist for a long time due to my struggles with PTSD, panic attacks, and brain fog. The price kept me from buying it sooner, but after yet another intense panic attack, I realized something had to change.Since I started using Nurosym, my energy levels have improved, the brain fog has lifted, and the panic attacks have significantly decreased. I haven’t had an episode anywhere near as severe as before.Coincidence or not? Who’s to say, but I haven’t missed a single day without my 45-minute Nurosym session since. The delivery was very fast. To fast for me and so I began at the end of july. It is easy to use nurosym after a while. My sleepness is much better and my nervousity is also much better. Stress was gone. My ear noises wasn‘t so present as the time before using.
I was in full burnout (third time) and wanted something that would help my nervous system recover, not just for now but for years of degradation. Initially, it made things worse. I wrote to support and they told me it was normal in my case. I kept going and now… it’s clear that it’s doing me a lot of good! I use it every day three times a day! I will never stop using it! I have not yet experienced any significant changes. I bought it in the hope that it would raise my HRV as i had already read about but sadly it has not but for the price i paid i am not about to give up yet.I have a small head so my ears are also more child size and the area of skin where the vagus sits is also small making it difficult to fix it around my ear, it keeps falling off. I do not wish to try and shape it any further as it is quite rigid and i am afraid it will break or loosen the wiring inside. Adjustable it is not !I wonder if it is working properly because of the mounting problems.It says to use it on the opposite ear if necessary but it is designed for the left ear so this makes it again difficult to get ot to sit firmly with the wiring and the clip.I would love to have an ear piece for smaller vagus/ears instead of one size fits all because it doesn't fit me.Maybe this could be a future option, different sizes of ear pieces with wiring for both ears not just the left one.
