Buyer Beware! Earpiece isn’t covered by 2 year warranty

The cable / connector of my earpiece stopped working after 7 months and 20 days. I contacted support and was told the earpiece warranty was only 6 months and I would have to buy a new one - for £45!The earpiece, is poorly made with a flimsy cable and connector attachments. The unit is completely useless without the earpiece and only Nurosym earpieces can be used. The manufacturer is not transparent that the earpiece is only covered by 6 months warranty and costs £45 to replace. Be prepared to regularly pay for new ones!

I like what I see so far

So far, two nights, I’ve slept better! Last night I slept a solid 9.5 hrs with 1:25 of deep. This is incredible. 🤞🤞 it continues!

This product is absolutely amazing

This product is absolutely amazing. So far I’ve seen positive impacts into almost all areas that nurosym states it helps with. Considering this is a non-invasive drug-free product, I was initially sceptical as to how effective it would be, however the positive results in almost every area have been outstanding.

Wonderful company

I've previously reviewed the product, which I've used for over 6 months now, and find very effective. However, it's also the after-sales and amazing standard of professional care that I want to highlight today.The lead to the unit developed a fault, but it was replaced quickly and efficiently with clear communication and no charge.Wonderful company, highly recommend!

A real positive change …

This device has in the matter days produced a big difference in my life. Progressively over the last 3 weeks I have Slept better. I wake up energised.Greatly reduced flight or fightFelt so much more calm, able to pause and direct my efforts with better focus.This has only got more apparent once I added morning and evening sessions, which are a ritual in my day.Nurosym has become a steady aid in my heavy day to day and now I also use it for a quick session if I sense my nervous system is feeling overly tense.I couldn’t be happier and I am sure progressing in the session scale will further solidify these huge changes in my energy and wellbeing.Thank you!

Great customer experience

Can’t review the product yet as I have needed a new earpiece. However the staff dealing with my enquiry have been very helpful and they extended my trial period to allow me time to properly use the device.

I was kept well informed before and…

I was kept well informed before and after shipment. The device arrived and I have commenced introductory program. Seems to be working but too early to tell of the real benefits. I'm a great believer in vagus nerve stimulation so am fairly confident my choice of the Nuropod was a good one.

Fantastic Device and First Class Customer Service

I love that the Nurosym has given me more energy and helped me sleep better. So much so that my husband has since bought one too and he is very happy that it has improved the quality of his sleep. He wears an Apple Watch and used to get 'scores' between 70-80 for his sleep. He now gets high 90's - he's had 99 on many occasions but is longing to get 100! 😂I think you can also 'judge' a company by how they handle things when you have a problem. Initially, the earpiece didn't feel secure and kept slipping off. I contacted Nurosym and they went above and beyond what anyone would expect of customer service, they genuinely wanted help sort the issue. Their responses were very quick and they sent me a new earpiece, which is great.
