i have used Nurosym for a few months now. It is super easy to learn and easy to fit into your routine since you can be doing other things while it is on. I have noticed an increase in my HRV and an improvement in sleep quality since using it. The carrying case it comes with is also nice looking as a side benefit! Excellent customer support as well!
Unfortunately, the device turned out to be ineffective in my case, even though my expectations were quite modest. I must say, however, that my insomnia is a very serious, long-standing, and deeply rooted problem.I want to compliment your customer service team — they kindly offered to extend my trial period, and when I eventually decided to return the device, the refund process was the fastest I could possibly imagine.I wish your company continued success and thank you sincerely for the opportunity to try your product.Best regards.
To be honest I wish someone like me wrote a review before I purchased, but the reviews were all so positive. Basically there is virtually absolutely no difference in my fatigue levels (I have been diagnosed with CFS 2 years ago). I have a lot of fatigue, PEM, IBS and fairly frequent migraines. None of my symptoms changed for the better or worse. I briefly experienced nausea after using the device in the morning, but it wasn’t bad at all and I quickly adjusted the frequency to suit me. Honestly, if you have a lot of spare cash, why not try. But if money is tighter for you, and you have the same set of symptoms as me, keep the cash. Even saving it for when you have to take days off work or if you need taxis/ other convenience services will be better to help manage symptoms. No hate to the company, I want people to keep developing solutions to our issues, but I know a lot of us are short in cash and desperate, so an honest review is very important to me.
I've got the device two month ago and it has worked magic on my sister's symptoms! The earpiece got somehow damaged BUT the customer service was sooo nice and really helpful! The replacement piece got to me in less than a week and the whole family is just so happy with everything!
The product works. It reduces anxiety and helps me sleep better. The company were very helpful when the earpiece stopped working properly, and replaced it for me. I did wonder, after using it every day for weeks, whether the tragus might become desensitised to electrical stimulation and stop feeling it. It seemed that it was starting to, but since then I've had a long break, and haven't been using it every day since I restarted. I guess if the area does become kind of numb, you could just take a break or try a different area.
