Bought this device to reduce anxiety and stress, increase HRV, lower heart rate, and help with pain and sleep.What it did help with was being able to sleep easily; it’s almost like taking melatonin. Didn’t see any improvements in HRV or HR though. Stress and anxiety: it’s hard to gauge the effect after only trying it consistently for 30 days, but I hope to keep trying on that front.What attracted me to this brand in the first place is that it’s often been used in clinical studies and trials that assess the effects of auricular vagus nerve stimulation on humans.
After 3 weeks of consistent use according to recommended amount, I saw my HRV steadily decrease, according to Nurosym, the benefit usually come after 30-90 days, but the trial ends at 30 days. It does not make sense, time to send it back
Very Good Customer ServicesI ordered the Nurosym on Monday evening and I had quite a few questions for Customer Services and I must say I am very impressed because they responded very quickly on the webchat and also by email, and were extremely helpful and very understanding.My Nerosym arrived this afternoon and so I will write again to comment on how I am getting on.
Before I used Nurosym I was in constant stress (measured with my Ouraring) and now I can regulate my nervous systeme much better, so that I have hours of relaxation during the day. Also my sleep got better since I‘m using nurosym. I‘m using it since 8 months now and I still use it daily before sleep.
