UPDATE: Nurosym have now resolved the issueI am prepared to accept that the slow/poor initial response to me was an unfortunate lapse on their part (not helped by 'Nurobot' appearing to be a poor implementation of AI) and they appear genuinely contrite and were more than willing and able to rapidly resolve the issue once they (human beings) had engagedNurosym will I trust now work to ensure that they meet their own published standard of responding to issues within a few hours ... and also work to improve the Nurobot whose implementation lets down the customer service standards of the company (AI needs managing and implementing properly if it is to enhance, not detract, from customer service)

I had a comparison with ZenoWell and tested it against Nurosym. Th Nurosym looks like the cheapest Alibaba product. Uncomfortable and hurting even without stimulation turned on. ZenoWell did better in every respect despite costing half the price. Return process takes me already 1 week and after 3 emails I still didn’t get the return address. Not there yet to call it a scam, but their on the track.
The ordering and delivery process went really well, with some good research questions by the company to tailor my experience. Since I have started using the device, I have noticed some significant changes regarding stress, anxiety and overall levels of increased positivity and relaxation. It is now part of my daily protocol. I look forward to deeper and even more significant benefits and positive change over the next few weeks, months and years.

I've been using nurosym for ten days. I initially bought it for my constant cough and esophagitis. I'm still coughing but it is less frequent. I'm breathing better. I also have secondary raynaud's. With the use of nurosym there is definitely better blood flow to my extremities
Didn't work for me, but Nurosym supported and gave an extension on the free trial. Tried various tips, but I couldn't see an effect. This may be condition/person dependent and there are reviews of people it worked for. So you should absolutely give it a try and if it works for you, great. If not the return is no hassle, I had for 2 months and they refunded me. 5 star for customer service and the trial, but it didnt work for me, hence the 4 star.
