Very poor customer services

Very poor customer services. Microsoft has grown to be the biggest company in the world and consequently does not care about small customers.They recently added 2 factor authentication without contacting the administrator. Users are being kept without access to their account.

(ignored) For the avoidance of doubt your last 4 months invoices are incorrect and you no longer have my permission to take money off my card until you resolve this.Stop wasting my time with responses that ignore my complaint (ignored) Refer this to a manager Lodge a complaint and stop wasting my time.You have not bothered to check your facts. (ignored) You have failed to take into account that your invoice no longer has my Spanish Tax ID number on it and as such is not acceptable in Spain as an allowable invoice. I can not offset my costs for a legitimate Buisness expense and you are being incompetent and or obstructive by failing to address or acknowledge this issue which is what I am complaining about. You have failed to deal with this in a timely manner and despite my requesting it be lodged as a complaint you have failed to do so and this ought to have been passed to a manger or the accounting team for someone to make a sensible and pragmatic decision. (ignored)I will stop payments until you correct my invoice and show it as you did before with my Spanish Buisness details on. I.e my tax number.I will be in touch with my bank in the morning as I have already told you you do not have my consent to take funds from my card in these circumstances. (ignored) I have tried several times to get this issue looked at but the complaint and service aspect is repeatedly ignored and I am being fobbed off by being told I have removed my own tax number. How have I managed to change your invoice completely including in its design and layout?

Microsoft products are no longer user-friendly.

I have been using Microsoft products since 1980. Ever since MS realized that they are late to search engine and mobile supremacy, not only they keep introducing new products and platforms but also keep making changes to almost all of their existing products on a daily basis. Windows and 365 platforms are a mess. UIs keep changing. And now I am afraid that things are going to get even messier after OpenAI/Bing competition vs Google.

I WILL GIVE YOU HIS INFO AND YOU WILL NEED TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY LOSS OF INCOME AND UNETHICAL EMPLOYEES THAT PERFORM CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES TO DESTROY SMALL BUSINESSES. GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE FOR PEOPLE WHO USING SERVICES AT MY CLINIC NOT FOR ENTITLE MILLENIALS WHO THINK THEY ARE JUSTIFIED IN ANYTHING THEY DO AND BELIEVE IN. I HAD RATED ALL THE EMPLOYEES WITH A 5 ON 5. I WANT TO SEE HOW ETHICAL THAT IS TO HAVE YOUR EMPLOYEES USE MY PRIVATE INFO TO ATTACK ME PUBLICLY ON MY GOOGLE REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!!! ITS COMPLETELY ABSURD.

Microsoft office365 outlook whatever…

Microsoft office365 outlook whatever their calling themselves is complete garbage!! The only 5 star reviews you see about them is from outlook or office365 staff! If you notice about every 3-4 bad reviews you see on them you’ll see a 5 star lengthy review explaining ALL their bs benefits!! Here’s what you really get! I have no choice but to use it at work but we’re FINALLY CHANGING to google! Yay!! Office 365/outlook freezes on you constantly! Has nothing to do with ur internet b/c everything else works but outlook!! The CONSTANT popups are so Dern aggravating, Microsoft constantly interrupting trying to get you to sign in when I’m already signed in. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE TO CALL FIR HELP!! Their chat is a joke, their tutorials are a joke and their word for documents - well might as well be non existent!! IM TRYING TO WORK HERE PEOPLE!! Fix it! If you can’t fix it then file bankruptcy or something because you ain’t worth having if it was free!!!

Microsoft 365 is horrible

Microsoft 365 is horrible. If you ever need to login to cancel your subscription, it keeps you on the runaround of the crappy Microsoft Authenticator App that never logs you in, and then when you tell it you cannot access the authenticator app, it STILL stupidly asks you to request a code from the authenticator app. I'm at the end of my tether. NEVER EVER USE THIS EMAIL SYSTEM. Now I cannot cancel and it's due to resubscribe in days, and Microsoft support is bad.
