I renew my Microsoft Office every year so that I can use it on my MAC. I usually pay 59.99 but this year its gone up to 89.99 thats a 50% increase which is an absolute rip off. Ive cancelled now. They cannot keep ripping people off that are loyal customers.
I need help. I'm being charged €69 a year for Office 365, even though I don't have a subscription. I do have a Microsoft account, but it shows that I'm not tied to a subscription. The phone hotline only gives me an electronic message, and I'm fobbed off. No one answers my emails either. The support via the Microsoft website is a complete joke. I'm just being redirected from one page to another without any opportunity for personal contact. Please stop debiting my money.
I'd say it's a scam. You get free 5 GB of storage, but one word file is over 100MB big after creation, but only takes away ~2 MB after deletion. The Editors keep crashing, and some "buy more Microsoft scam products here"-popups are everywhere. I really hope that LibreOffice will once be more popular.
Absolute unacceptable disgrace as trying to complete 1st time application to Global Village in Dubaii only to be diverted to Microsoft 365 app and Invited to attend video meeting this morning between 11am-1pm3 hour wait with no response whatsoever and just a caption showing Someone will be with ou shortly What a total disgrace and insult
Couldn't get through in anyways visited CURRYS PC WORLD IN WHITECHAPEL. There are numbers of scammers fraud cheats taken legally permissions to do harrassement abusing fraud cheats vulnerable Customers money. Now WHITECHAPEL CURRYS PC WORLD doesn't know anything said to me that MICROSOFT knows they don't know anything but who knows why not told me that Subscriptions automatically generated again but who given permission for auto renewal. Also it was free discounts for two years but unexpectedly without my permission how does MICROSOFT taken my money from my BANK ACCOUNT. Subscriptions means direct Debit but who given permission or signatures for again taken money. Fully paid money there wasn't any purposes shouldn't be visit for this LAPTOP unless broken down. Fraud cheats scammers that's all. I am not leaving them unless to do proper Complaints for harrassement abusing intimidating targeting Customers BANK details illegally to taken money illegally unlawfully.
Trying to get in touch with Microsoft Office is absolutely impossible! Chat GPT offered 3 phone numbers, my query is my subscription but I need to TALK to someone as the support links are not working it's not answering my question. Can't locate a chat box unless I sign in.Here goes on signing in....I re-set my login password and passed the phone identity with the code But then I try to log in with my new password, and says 'Email not recognised'...So I'm stuck....Writing this review for Microsoft to PLEASE GET IN TOUCH!When I called back the 3 different numbers, it defaults to say...check link on subscriptions and then hangs up.Contact me please - or provide a phone number which works!!
