AVOID AVOID AVOID! I made a purchase of five items and opted for a payment plan. Only two parcels arrived without any email confirmation, so I couldn't track them. Four out of five items arrived, all in decent condition, but one item is still missing. When I reached out to the company, they confirmed delivery with a photo but didn’t include a delivery note. They seem to dismiss customer concerns, which is evident from the reviews. I wish I had checked their reputation before purchasing.
I ordered over £200 worth of items in two separate orders. The first order was missing two stools, and the company told me to file a complaint against the courier, even though the packaging was intact. My second order also arrived with missing items! This company is a joke. They shift the blame to the courier and refuse to issue a refund. I will never order from them again. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is! AVOID!
This is my second order from this company. My first experience was fine, but this time the items are of very poor quality. Everything is made from thin, rag-like material. It's shocking that they think this is acceptable to sell. Moreover, for a £20 order, with £4 for shipping, they charge an additional £3.50 for returns! I would have spent £7.50 for nothing! Anyone considering a purchase should think twice and steer clear.
I preordered a rug on the 5th of this month, expecting a straightforward delivery as they gave me a timeframe. It was meant to be dispatched yesterday, but I’ve had zero updates. I filled out the online form, reached out on social media multiple times, and still have received no response from customer service. The silence is frustrating and unacceptable. If this is how they handle basic orders, I dread to think what happens when something goes wrong. I want my rug, or at the very least, some communication on when it is due!
I bought two jumpers one described as 'wool' one described as 'cashmere'. I frankly wasn't expecting cashmerte at that price, but thought they should at least be wool rather than artificial fibres. They just turned up - they're cheap, stretchy synthetic fibres and the shape and fit is nothing like the pictures..
