100196645 Ordered a set of storage bags. I was kept updated on the delivery process all the way. Delivery was prompt and placed exactly as requested as I was going to be out. Bags were as described before purchase. They have proved really useful, sturdy and convenient. Very reasonably priced too.
Awful. Ordered: a pack of 4 medium support pillows, 1 duvet cover, 1 king-size mattress topper and a king size 13.5 tog duvet. Cost me almost £70. When i placed my order it came up that my Duvet was on "pre-order" until the 27th October and i ordered on the 25th September. So i contacted customer service asking if i could cancel as i couldn't wait a month for a duvet as it's coming up to Winter. They got back to me and explained that i couldn't cancel as it had already been dispatched. Which in my head - it's on its way, right?.. Wrong. Today i have received 2 THIN pillows with absolutely no substance to them, and my duvet cover... No Mattress topper, no 4 packs of pillows, & no duvet. I contacted customer service again to say half of my order is missing and they must have sent the wrong pillows and they sent back an auto-message basically saying the package will come in 2 half's with different tracking numbers - i looked again at my order and ALL of the order had the same tracking information and all of my purchased items were on the invoice to be delivered. Within the hour i had someone respond asking if i would like a refund which i said yes to & i haven't heard off them since. Very quick to take your money but once you mention a refund you're a ghost! So that's money down the drain, again!
Ordered via Debenhams. Cushion covers that were meant to be pink are white and very low quality. Blankets are extremely low quality. Rug is awful and has a big fold in the middle. You get what you pay for but these are so poor they may as well be single use items!
Very disappointed with the products and the customer service. I received 2 weighted blankets leaking tiny glass beads all over... Customer service takes days to answer, they finnaly helped me organise the return with Yodel 3 weeks after and then no updates about the refund...I have been talking to the customer service for the past two weeks to try to find out about the refund and I got answers from different agents that were not about the refund.... I am still owed 50 pounds. It's been ongoing since early February. So frustrating I dont recommend.
Dont buy anything from them. They sell substandard products and never would issue you a refund. i sent their product back as instructed and they did not issue a refund. I have sent several emails and they email back asking the same question. i guess all this is in the hope you get tired and stop bothering. They are incompetent and fraudulent
I've have had some OK and more not OK experiences with the company. The products are really cheap, so that's good, if they're suitable...and I have kept a few things. A rug at £6 was a bargain. But their quality control seems to be non existent. There were 2 holes in a hoodie blanket, which they did send a replacement for. But recently, a duvet set arrived with various dirty stains on it, and the seams were puckered in places. Not stitched properly at all. The set actually looked like it had been used 🤢They're also not quick in refunding. A few times I've had to email asking where my refund was. The other snag is when returning items, they don't provide you with a QR code like all other companies. Instead, you have to pay £3.95 or so to print out your own label, and my printer doesn't work, so I'm constantly having to pester people to print my labels. Reading all the comments under their Facebook posts, there are loads of complaints about their customer service (or lack of it.) Says it all really. It's a shame, but they need to get their act together before sales dwindle.... and it will do at a quicker rate than it probably is at the moment. I rarely complain or write negative reviews, but I'm hoping that this will help them to rectify things.
I ordered 2 cuddle cushions on 22nd January one was a present so I didn't open it until 13th Feb one of the cushions had a rip in it and one of the cuddle arms had no filling so was very floppy I emailed straight away with photos with the problem on the 13th Feb had a reply today saying seeing as its out of the 30 day policy of refunds or returns there was nothing they could do. Think someone is bad with their maths as I'm still in the 30 day policy will never order from them again

Didn't expand even after 48 hours and obviously not much memory foam as the springs get you every time you move! It's on its way to the charity shop....
I ordered over £390 worth of curtains, towels, and bedding, expecting quality products as described. However, what I received was nothing short of cheap, poorly made items that do not match their descriptions. • The towels, advertised as 100% cotton, are anything but soft—they feel rough, low-quality, and uncomfortable to use. • The bedding is so thin and cheaply made that it’s practically see-through, with barely any material used. • The curtains are the worst of all. The lining is plastic, making them look like black bin liners from the outside. On top of that, the stitching is completely uneven, with mismatched fabric and visible seams where pieces were carelessly sewn together.Disappointed with the quality, I immediately requested a refund, but the process was an absolute nightmare. I had to chase them through more than 10 emails just to confirm they had received my returned items. After all that, I finally got my refund on 15/03, only to find that they had deducted £137.99 in so-called return costs—something they never made clear upfront.This company is clearly not following UK consumer laws, and I refuse to let this go. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and reaching out to Panorama to investigate their misleading business practices. No company should be allowed to get away with scamming customers like this.
