Ordered back in November 2024. Have previously ordered several times from OHS and had no issues Items were good value and delivery was OK.This time never got the Items for Christmas and after contacting OHS never got anywhere in getting my money back.I contacted my bank and they were brilliant.Once I put in the dispute I got my money back straight away. It's now February 2025 and still never got the items.You want get refunded by OHS so seek advice from your bank .As its fraud really if taking your money for items never delivered.
