Bought 3 pairs from you guys and the last one came in too big although it was the same size ordered. It was clearly and manufacturing mistake and you guys receded to pay for returned shipping. You will absolutely suffer the backlash of instagram reviews.I’ll never ever buy from you guys again and I’ll make sure people know about it .
This is the 3rd pair of shoes that I have bought from Oliver Cabell. They really are nice quality. The leather is really nice. I am very picky when it comes to shoes. I like the style of the Low1 and appreciate all the variety of colors and materials they use. Delivery took abou 5 days total. I had to deal with the chat version of customer service and it work well as long as you stay on that page. (Otherwise it restarts the chat). Overall very happy with this company and love the shoes.
The quality of the leather sneakers is incredible but little did I know I’d be charged $100 duty fee for shipment to Canada. I understood there to be a duty fee but not one nearly as expensive as the shoes themselves. Great product but I’ll never order again for the reason listed above.
