Very slow customer service response. I had to reach out MULTIPLE times via email, social media etc. initially they said they had not received my return even though I had tracking to confirm it had been received. Two weeks later they finally confirm they had it and sent a refund.
Received a notification that my shoe was back in stock. Apparently it wasn't as the small print, which I missed, said shipping delayed 2 months. Size 48 is not a US size 15, contrary to what your website says. No return process on website or with delivery paperwork, had to email couple times before process could start. Still waiting for refund.
The white sneakers delivered to me were missing a leather piece on the interior of the back of the shoe (heel). Contacted the customer support to ask if that was intentional or not, and how I could replace the shoe; it took them days to get back to me and they completely disregarded the first part of the question. Note that this is the second time that I ordered the same shoe, and my first pair as well as their pics on the website do not have a missing leather piece at the heel!I failed to return the shoes on time because my shoes were in a travel bag that Lufthansa lost and I haven’t received yet.
